WELCOME...
At First Federal Savings and Loan, we've used the phrase "Local People Serving Local People" to express our desire to provide our customers with the friendly personalized service that is often lacking at the "Big Bank" institutions. At First Federal we understand that you are a person – not just a number or an account. We invite you to come in and talk with us one on one and we'll do our best to make sure that you get the quality service and personalized treatment you deserve.

Our employees are local people just like you. And just like you, they are active in the community, involved with various service organizations, participate in school activities, and are committed to their families.

To save you time and provide convenient access to your accounts and information regarding our services, we offer online banking. We hope you will feel free to explore our website and contact us via email, phone or personally and let our Local People serve you!

ONLINE BANKING SYSTEMS ENHANCEMENTS
We have enhanced our Online Banking System with some new, upgraded features to better serve our online banking customers.

Enhancements to the Online Banking System include the following:

-- Scheduled Transfers. This enhancement allows users to schedule a secure transfer of funds between accounts when it is convenient. Transfers can be scheduled one time, daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

-- Get Statement & Check Images. Online banking users can see account statements online and view individual check images as well.

-- Stop Payments. Customers can request a stop payment on a personal check through the Customer Service tab in online banking. There will be a $12.50 fee for using this service. For the most urgent situations, a call to the bank is recommended.

-- Personal Financial Management. This new functionality allows account holders to do some budgeting based on a given criteria. Account holders will be able to see the budgeted amount and the expenditure represented on the same graph.

-- Account Alerts. Customers have the ability to set up different types of alerts to be sent based on their preferences. For example, an alert can be set up if a user logs into the account from a foreign country, state, IP address, etc, other than what the user designated initially. Other alert examples include password change attempts, low balance alerts and special dates such as anniversaries, appointments, etc. Alerts can be sent via email, text message or secure account message.

-- Secure Messaging. This is a secure way for an Account holder to get in touch with the bank and vice versa. Non-public information is securely sent and received through this method.

-- Statistics. This allows an account holder to view all the activity that has taken place on their account. An example includes when and where each account log-in occurred.

We look forward to rolling out these new services to enhance your banking experience with First Federal Savings and Loan. Thank you for choosing to bank with us!
